The Highly Specialized Educational Program for the Career Development of Foreign Students from Asia is implemented in cooperation with the Japanese Ministries of "Economy, Trade and Industry" and of "Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology". This program aims to cultivate a globally active workforce for industry, through consistent support from professional education in a wide variety of fields and through the provision of professional consultation during the job search process.
Foreign students, who seek professional careers in a Japanese company, will receive support to work for companies in Japan through the education and research undertaken in the areas of expertise of the universities and other special educational programs e.g. conducted by the industry-academia collaboration, courses in Japanese language for business, and the provision of internships opportunities. The industry-academia consortium comprises universities, participating industrial companies and other organizations that provide support and work experience opportunities for foreign students. |
